It was introduced in our distillery in the 80’s and was an immediate success with its sweet taste and stylish bottle packaging. Madafu Liqueur is an eighties favorite that stood the test of time, weathered the vagaries of fashion and survived. It is suited to this high quality , crystalline coconut liqueur.
• measure coconut rum
•Slice of apple, to decorate
•Add liqueur to a chilled highball glass half – filled with ice
•Top with cinder
•Dress the glass with the apple slice and serve immediately
