SAFARI WHISKY has a high malt content, which is a combination of light and medium pea tings, clean malty fragrance and warming flavor with alcohol snap
•4-6 cracked ice cubes
•2 measure scotch Whisky
•11/2 measure dry vermouth
•2 measure pink grapefruit juice
•Orange peel strip, to decorate
•Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
•Pour over the Whisky, vermouth and grapefruit juice
•Shake vigorously until well frosted. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
•Decorate with the orange
